No-load noise

Clutch noise.

The factors that affect the noise of the clutch are: the magnitude of the impulse received when the clutch is engaged depends on the impact speed under a certain quality; it is also related to the rigidity and damping characteristics of the contact material itself. There are two types of clutches: rigid and friction. The rotary key is the most widely used in small and medium-tonnage presses. The noise is relatively high. The noise is caused by a series of impacts.

Gap noise of the punching mechanism

The sound pressure level of motor noise is related to the power and speed of the motor. The electromagnetic noise of the motor is mainly caused by the interaction between the alternating electromagnetic field and the vibration of the rotor and the stator. Electromagnetic noise is generally high-frequency noise. The aerodynamic noise of the motor is mainly the cooling fan noise. For many motors, the cooling fan noise is the main noise source. Mechanical noise mainly includes the noise generated by the unbalanced force of some rotating moving parts and the noise generated when some parts vibrate

The causes of load carrying noise are the impact between the props and the workpiece or the discharge plate and the blank, the twisting and punching of the stamping process. Among them, the twisting and punching noise of the stamping process is the largest.

The noise is very different due to the different stamping process. Sheet metal blanking is more noisy than bending and drawing, and the noise of forming processes such as embossing, wave pressing, flanging, bending, and drawing is small.

Torsional noise
