Principle of JE23 Industrial Punching Machine
기계의 원리는 원형 운동을 직선 운동으로 변환하는 것입니다. 먼저 메인 모터가 힘을 출력하고 플라이휠과 기어를 구동한 다음 크랭크 샤프트, 커넥팅 로드 등을 통과하여 슬라이더의 선형 운동을 달성합니다. 메인 모터에서 커넥팅 로드까지 원운동이 있습니다.
The transition point between circular motion and linear motion is between the connecting rod and the slider. Generally, there are two kinds of mechanisms here, one is a ball type and the other is a cylindrical type, which converts to linear motion of the slider. The power press punches the material to deform it and obtain the required shape with high accuracy.
