Description
Single-end configurations of uncoiler are provided as standard, and double-ended configurations can be provided to optimize production efficiency by lowering the coil changeover time. Most models of HARSLE automatic decoilers are available as Traveling Reels that can be combined with automatic centering functions. Decoiler handling accessory options include traveling coil cars, coil lift stations, traveling upenders, coil storage racks, and turnstiles. Productivity options include uncoiler hold downs, its end wheels, coil keepers, power coil guides, and automatic back tension systems. Custom engineering can be provided to meet any application demands. It is equipped with a hydraulic sheet metal punch.

Applications
1. It’s suitable for all kinds of coil uncoil or recoiling material, no matter whether thin or thick, metal or nonmetal sheets. On the basis of European standards, a full set of components with CE such as SCHNEIDER low electric voltage components, NSK bearings, etc.
2. Four wheels are installed on the base of the HARSLE automatic decoiler, and the wheels equip a brake device, so the machine can be moved easily. Adding a motor to match the feeding device is available.
3. The principal axis adopts a powerful type. It makes the material roll smoothly and increases loading capability.
4. It’s a necessary device for auto punching machine working. It can save manpower, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
5. It adopts JAPAN magnetic contactor and electronic components, less trouble and a long lifetime.
