Here is safety criteria before pneumatic punch production:

1. Operators must wear gloves in case the rough edges of the workpiece scratch their fingers.

2. Check and clean the surrounding area of the punch press.

3. Check the lubrication of each friction part of the press , and make each point fully slide.

4. Test whether the actions of brakes, clutches, operators and switches are flexible, reliable and accurate. If there is any abnormal phenomenon or sound, please stop the machine immediately and inform relevant personnel to deal with it.

5. Install the mold correctly after confirming that the mold is in good condition.

The following is safety criteria after production of pneumatic punch:

1. The operator has to clean the edge material, collects finished goods to the next working procedure.

2. Before leaving work, the operator should cut off the power and put related items in place.

In production, safety standards before and after production should be strictly observed to ensure production safety, so as to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of pneumatic punch.
