Make daily inspection to ensure safe production of punch press

2Check oil level meter at lubrication point of punch pressAll lubrication points shall be within the upper and lower limits of the oil level gauge
3Check the compressed air system– Sound can be used to determine whether there is air leak in each joint or part – Check the distribution pipe, joint, clutch and balance cylinder for leakage
4Whether the pressure gauge pointer is within the rangeAdjust the pressure of the pressure gauge to keep the pointer away from the red area
5The filterDrain the filter memory before operation
6Gas reservoirOpen the drain valve of the air storage cylinder and drain the internal water before operation
7Check the brake clutch and solenoid valve of punch pressInching operation and the exhaust condition of the solenoid valve are used to identify anomalies
8Check the rotary condition of flywheel after starting of punch motorPay attention to the starting, acceleration, vibration and whether there is any abnormal sound, such as the belt vibration when the rotary resistance is large

2、Punch operators check items and key points weekly

1Test the air filter of punch pressDisassemble the filter to clean the metal mesh, so as to avoid the blockage of the metal mesh causing the air pressure not to rise
2Inspection of press electric partsThe contact condition of the terminals shall be checked if there is any loosening or adhesion of oil, dust, etc.
3Check whether the electrical wiring of the punch is abnormalCheck whether the electrical wiring is damaged, broken or loose, etc.
4Sweep all parts of the pressClean up oil, dust, debris, etc., and inspect for damage

3、Press operators monthly check items and key points:

1Measurement of stroke of press clutch and brake– Stroke of dry clutch and brake of punch press shall be within 1.5-2.0mm (mainly precision punch press) – The stroke of wet clutch and brake of punch press should be within 1.5-5.0mm
2Connect the main motor and flywheel V belt for testingThe V-belt is checked for tension by hand pressure, ideally in a curve of about 1/2″
3Check the condition in the balancing cylinderDisassemble the balance cylinder to check the lubricating oil condition
4Check dead center stop position on punch pressCommon causes of incorrect dead stop on punch presses: – The stop position is certain, but the CAM switch position should be adjusted when it does not reach the upper dead point – The stop position is not certain, but the error range is not long, please adjust the clutch, brake stroke – The stop position is not certain, and the error range is too large, please adjust the CAM
5Lubrication of all parts of the pressManual pump should be pulled and pressed several times at any time to avoid loss of oil resulting in copper and punch guide plate heating and burning.
6Variation of air pressure in punch pressAlways pay attention to the pressure gauge, to prevent pressure out of the specified range, resulting in damage to the plate
7All parts of the cleaning, cleaning and press the overall inspectionCheck the residual air in the air storage cylinder should be discharged, and remove the sundries in all parts of the punch

4、Punch operators check items and key points annually:

1Test the stamping precision of punch press– Comply with relevant tolerances – Please refer to the precision table for tolerances
2Inspection disassembly of press clutch and brake– Check and measure the friction plate of the dry clutch, check whether the U-ring in the cylinder has air leakage due to friction damage, check the friction in the spring cylinder, repair or update if it is defective – Wet stroke should be replaced after 5mm to make the blade and friction board
3Testing of press solenoid valveCheck if the actuating condition is good, if the coil is burnt, if the spring is abnormal, if not, repair or replace it
4Check screw in all parts of pressCheck whether the screws are locked in all parts of the press
5Wiring inspection of electrical contacts of punch pressCheck whether the contact of the press relay is worn out and whether the connection is loose
